When servicing meetings, CCI utilizes up front commissionable rates to pay for as much of our professional fees as possible and includesa coordination fee, when commissions do not fully cover our time, with all suppliers invoices attached to the master bill. In addition, CCI has negotiated with hotels and suppliers around the world. We save our clients significant sums of money whennegotiating the hotel contract.
